Mama Momo is the retail portion of my life. From August 2008 until December 2010, Mama Momo was my online retail store for cloth diapers. I did carry a few other baby and kid items. During that time, and still to this day, I have been playing with my own line of cloth diapers and diaper accessories. And life is full of changes and so is my business.
I took a step away from selling to others as well as sewing for others. I took time to sew for my children and to be with them. Now, in September of 2011, I am ready to take a step back into retail. My son is starting to learn to potty train at 3.5 years old (and has been learning for a while). I was able to make him a stash of trainers. I hope to update soon that he is in big boy undies full time. My daughter is about a year old now. I was able to complement her stash of cloth diapers with a few items I have been working on. I still have some time to sew for her.
I am at a point where I would like to reach out and share with others again. I will be going back to my Hyena Cart Congo, Bella Tesori, to sell items. I am very excited to be joining these talented women again. I am going to be making a variety of items to sell online with them. I will mainly be doing covers (with use of the Sprout Snap pattern) and my own insert design. I am more than happy to sell to locals as well. We can arrange a pick-up, but I ask that you please check out through my cart, Mama Momo on Hyena Cart. I can always refund your shipping. And if you want a local WAHM to make your stash, check out Mama’s Simple Solutions.
I am always here to help educate others about cloth diapers. Please do not hesitate to contact me about any questions you have in regards to cloth diapers. I try not to be biased towards my own products and products I sell. I will give you my honest opinion and be sure to point you in the right direction when I don’t have an answer. If you are local, I would love to see you join our cloth diaper get together at Sugar Snap Consignment (soon to be Eco Family)
